Certified Translation Service
Any language, translated accurately and certified for official use. Every translation includes a signed translator's certificate and is notarized, so it is accepted by governments, courts, universities, and embassies worldwide.
What Is a Certified Translation?
A certified translation is more than a language conversion. It is a complete, accurate translation of your document accompanied by a signed translator's certificate attesting to its accuracy and completeness, which we then have notarized.
That certificate is what gives the translation official standing. It is why a government office, court, university, or embassy will accept it, and why a translation done by a friend, an app, or an uncertified service will usually be rejected.
When You Need a Certified Translation
Your document is not in the destination language
Many countries require official documents to be submitted in their official language. A certified translation makes your document readable and legally acceptable to them.
Your document was issued in another country
A foreign-issued document cannot be apostilled directly in the United States. A certified translation of it can be notarized and authenticated here instead. This is the standard path, and we handle it often.
Immigration, legal, and academic use
Immigration filings, court matters, university admissions, and professional licensing frequently require certified translations of birth certificates, diplomas, transcripts, and records.
The receiving party simply asks for one
Not every translation is mandatory. Some countries and institutions request one as a courtesy so their staff can read your document easily. It is often worth including to avoid a delay.
Professional Credential
Members of the American Translators Association
We hold membership in the ATA, the leading professional association for translators in the United States. Your translation is handled to a professional standard and certified by people who do this for a living.
Certified Translation Pricing
Certified translation is priced per page, not per document. Every translation includes the signed translator's certificate and notarization.
Word count
A dense page of text takes more work than a short certificate. The amount of content on the page is the main driver of price.
Document format
Complex layouts, tables, seals, and handwritten or hard-to-read documents take more time to reproduce accurately.
