A separate document that needs its own Apostille is priced on its own, because each one is filed with the State separately. Certified translation, when you need it, is the one thing priced per page.

If your document is rejected because of an error made by Houston Apostille during the notarization or apostille process, we correct the issue and reprocess it at no additional service charge. It applies only to errors within our control and does not extend to problems caused by the documents provided, eligibility requirements, or decisions made by government agencies or receiving authorities. It is included on Gold and Diamond Rush concierge orders.

Yes. We stand behind the turnaround on every tier and we plan your order around it. The only things that pause a clock are outside anyone's control, a government office delay, a rejection of the document itself, weather, or a carrier loss in transit, and those are covered in our terms. Barring that, we hit the date.

Often, yes. Rush service runs as fast as your deadline requires. Because the price depends on how tight the date is, we quote it by phone. Call 281-713-5485 with your deadline and we will tell you exactly what is possible.

That is our Out-of-State service, starting at $249.00 with about a 3 week timeline, because the document has to route back to the state that issued it. What decides it is where the document was issued, not where you live.

Yes, on Gold and Diamond Rush. We come to your home or office anywhere in Greater Houston, so the errand never lands on you. Bronze is office pickup or mail-in.

Diamond Rush includes hand delivery or FedEx return. On Bronze and Gold, return delivery is a separate choice at payment, from office pickup at no charge up to international courier. See the Delivery Options above.

Sometimes. If the receiving country wants the document in its language, certified translation starts at $100.00 per page. If the country is not part of the Hague Convention, it needs embassy legalization instead of an Apostille, starting at $349.00. Ask us and we will tell you which path yours needs.
